LETTER ENTRY SYSTEM

This system is used for inward entry and monitoring of all letters coming from different Engineering/ Polytechnic/ MBA / MCA/ Pharmacy institutions under technical education of M.P. and other offices/organizations.

The system is built in Foxpro, in which all necessary information stored in a database, and generate section-wise reports of all letters everyday. Searching of letters in different ways is also possible.

PAYBILL SYSTEM

Paybill system is built in Foxpro, in which all account information of employees of Directorate of Technical Education is stored in a database. Every months paybills, payslips, various schedules are generated from the Paybill System software.

ADMISSION SYSTEMS

Admission system is built in .ASP. This System is run in a Local Area Network(LAN) for admission of students in MBA, MCA, Pharmacy and Lateral Entry Courses. System has Registration, Verification and Allotment Modules. Registration module register each students according to their marks and on the basis of schedule for Counselling. Verification module verifies documents of each students based on their eligibility to the course. Allotment module allot a seat/institution as per the choice of the candidates and available seats in those institute. Various reports are also generated as per requirements.

GRADATION SYSTEM

Gradation system is built in Foxpro, in which Seniority List of all employees is maintained in a database. System maintain list on the basis of post and branch wise.

COURT SYSTEM

This system is also built in Foxpro, In which detail information of each court cases is stored in a database. Casewise, Yearwise and City/Benchwise information can also be generated.

MIS SYSTEM

MIS system is under development stage. System study has been completed. Section wise formats have been collected. MIS will be developed for directorate of technical education and all the engineering/polytechnics institutes will transmit and receive information through internet.

BUDGET SYSTEM

Developed by finance department, in which all the detailed schedule/ddo wise allocation is available. DDO wise expenditure information can also be entered. Software has also the facilities for generating various reports.
